2. Service Description
InvoiceAI provides AI-powered invoice extraction and nomenclature matching services. We facilitate the digitization of warehouse intake by matching uploaded document data with user-provided product lists.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the nomenclature data you provide and for reviewing the matches performed by the AI.
- Accuracy: While our AI achieves high precision, you must verify critical data before updating your inventory systems.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Compliance: You must ensure that the documents you upload contain data you are authorized to process.
4. Payment and Credits
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan.
Extra Credits: Additional invoice credits purchased through the dashboard do not expire at the end of the month and remain available as long as your account is active.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
